If you are an inhabitant of my world, whether in real life, on facebook or by following this blog, you know that my baby Godson, David Benjamin, is quite ill. Tomorrow he will have surgery on his heart, beginning at 5:30 AM. I plan on waking early to pray for him and his folks before I head out to school tomorrow. If you're a praying kind, or just a sending good thoughts kind, please join me throughout the day today, tomorrow and in the weeks to come. You can also leave a message for his parents at this online journal. I know it will be appreciated, even if you're a "stranger." When a child is sick, I don't think we have time for such petty worries like whether we've met or not. All hands on deck, you know?
